In many cases a combination of different odor elimination methods is needed to reach the best possible results. Using several methods simultaneously is also often the most cost-effective means of odor removal.
Especially in cases with high odor concentration a combination of methods leads to the best and most cost-effective results. For instance, if total odor removal is the desired result and the location has high hydrogen sulfide concentration, a combination of absorption washers, UV equipment and chemicals removes the most undesired particles already before the contaminated matter gets into contact with activated carbon filters. The combination thus lengthens the usage time of the carbon filter.
